I stored my camper at this site for a total of two years in what would be a covered machine building. Rent was $55 a month. The facility has 2 coded gates and 8 foot fencing. The parking spots for boats, campers, cars needs improvement. There seems to be a lot of dust that gets all over your vehicle/ camper because the parking spots are basically dirt where they need to be improved with gravel. I paid extra monthly for additional coverage through a company called Safe Lease.. getting compensation for any damages is in vain because pictures are not proof enough. Reported to Osage County Sheriff. A police report is unattainable because the county sheriff of Osage doesn't really care... "our damages were not that significant." I never received a police report for the first attempted break-in to my camper ...and I'm sure I won't receive one for the latest break in. There wasn't anything stolen from my camper because they were never able to get in, but they damaged my door twice and broke the lock for the door handle, but the deadbolt kept them out. Thievery in this country has hit an all-time high.. The lack of respect for people's property. It's just inexcusable. Acorn storage didn't even offer me a another spot or facility for my camper.. they seem to know that there's a problem out at this facility with homeless and vagrant people that break into their facility all the time.,Break ins are not uncommon.,So basically no one cares.. Safe Lease insurance company doesn't care. The Osage County sheriff doesn't care... So, I would not recommend storing your camper, cars at this facility with this Acorn Storage company. It just simply is not a secure enough facility. Storage at your risk... The loss is mine. Thanks for nothing.

Better management. The assistant and owners communication is awful, they never seem to know what is…read moregoing on. Owner will do or say one thing and the assistant another. You'll have waaaay less head stress if you go to Madison storage. I have many screenshot, emails and voicemails that can confirm this. Save yourself, keep looking.
