One item was the Bamboo Orchid, which is just beautiful! There are also other plants I have never seen - of course, they were a little pricey, but I am definitely going back once a month and treating myself to those items. And when I say pricey I mean $90 - $100. I'm a tightwad and hate to spend money on myself but there are some pretty fabulous plants here - I totally recommend at least trying it out. The lady working there was very helpful and even went and looked something up to provide me with more info. She didn't have to do that so that was really cool of her. Thank you! O'Connell's is now on MY once a month "treat" shopping list, though I'm sure it will be more. And this place is going on my Christmas List. I read that the owner is very helpful - look forward to meeting him someday. Now if I could only find those large plant signs they use to describe the plants. I want to do the same in my garden.

So helpful to educate on plans needs to be sure they stay beautiful AND an amazing gift shop, two stories of beautiful unique gifts to fit any occasion and budget. The menu is not overwhelming and lots of great choices of breakfast foods and lunch. We chose a beet, sweet potato, goat cheese and spinach quiche with a side of broccoli salad. I had a hot strawberry, moringa tea with rose. Our orders came out fresh and hot and they were delicious. The atmosphere is friendly and kind. The price is very reasonable and truly a great experience.
