The crew was fabulous and the crew supervisor Alexander was the person in charge. He and the crew did their best. On Saturday morning my wife noticed one of the palms trees was leaning to one side and didn't liked it. Carolyn called Alexander, answered right away. Alexander listen to her concerns and explained everything would be taken cared of. Carolyn then called the store and with in minutes she talked to 2 of their top personal. Also a supervisor called her back and told her if she was not 100% satisfied they would replace the tree. Monday morning the 16th, without us knowing, Moon Valley delivery truck pulled up to our home with a new tree. Just as before Alexander and the crew went to work replacing the leaning palm. Carolyn and I both happy and pleased we chose Moon Valley Nursery. Just one little thing, I do think they are a bit more expensive than others, but the way they took care of us is worth every penny. His amazing crew worked for two days, removing overgrown plants, salvaging some to incorporate into the new landscape, and planting new and colorful young ones with plenty of room to grow in the years to come. Working with Richard and his crew has been a positive experience. They made sure all irrigation and utility lines were properly cared for during the process. We purchased a weeping bottle brush tree August 2019 and this company planted it for us. At that…read moretime we were told there was a 1 year guarantee for this tree. I asked specific questions about frequency of watering and fertilizing and was told to water twice weekly and fertilize 4 times per year. I followed these instructions. In January, the tree began losing leaves and branches died. We went back to the location, only to find out the company moved with no forwarding information. In May, we finally located them at their current address, stopped in and spoke with Ryan. He denied that he gave a year warranty. He asked that i send pictures and he would call after they were received. Those were sent on May 29. I called on June 12. His reason for not getting back to me was that he gets hundreds of texts every day. He pulled up the pictures while we were talking and said he would be by the following week to look at it. I texted him on June 22 asking when he would be out, but received no response. We had to stop by the site again on June 29 to follow up. He was not at the site, so I had to go through the whole explanation again. There was a heated discussion with this employee who also argued with me about the instructions that Ryan had given us. At that time, I said I wanted a call back that evening. Ryan finally returned the call to my husband June 30 and said he would be by in 90 minutes. He finally arrived about 3 hours after he spoke to my husband. He argued about the instructions I was given and threatened us with the police.
