I brought my car in to have head gaskets replaced at which time I was told the heads were cracked…read moreand needed to be replaced. So this was done after shelling out just over $3000 within less than 200 miles of the repair being done it once again spilled antifreeze into the engine oil and had to go back in for service at which time I was told the block was also cracked and the car needed a new engine but that they would cover the cost. I received the car back and noticed there was about an inch play in my steering wheel and that the air conditioner compressor was no longer working. I took it to another shop only to discover that they never put the bolt back that connects the steering column to the rack and pinion and upon further inspection also discovered the oil pan on the replacement engine was rusted through the side and seeping oil on to the engine and ground and although I am sure they will fix it at no charge do not have time to let them take a month to fix it like it did the previous 2 times it was in. I will NEVER take my vehicle back to this shop and I would highly recommend anyone else to avoid Rosewood auto like the plague

He wasn't able to figure out what to do so he poked the sleeping man with his broom. He woke up and mumbled to me. I told him I was the 5:15pm appointment. We looked out to see if there was a bay open for me to pull in. We look back at the man in the chair and he fell asleep again. Another employee came in from the garage to try to help. They decided to pull out a car so I could pull in. I turned my head and pointed out that the car they suggested didn't have wheels at the moment. They replied- "oh I guess we won't be pulling that one out" I said I'd try another day. I will not go back. A shred of professionalism would go a long way. Poor service.

Sam is a master mechanic with tons of experience and knowledge. He's a good human being with a strong moral compass, your safety and business are his priority, not profit. He has worked on my Cadillac SRX, my Silverado 2500hd and my Harley Davidson Ultra Classic. I have spent in the ballpark of $15k in repairs between all three vehicles and I wouldn't think of trusting anyone else with my vehicles, they go above and beyond. You will never be overcharged for parts, labor or unnecessary repairs which is rarer than you would think and they are as honest as they come.
