I had heard some noises coming from our the Rear Final Drive Assembly on my 2019 Nissan Rogue. Josh later took the vehicle for a spin, hoisted it, checked a few things, and reached out to me about his findings. He presented me with some facts about the symptom and its remedy. He also explained to me the likelihood of other potential, very expensive drive line failures that could be imminent. He could have persuaded me to make a repair to the Rear Drive Final Assembly and taken my money. Instead, he dealt honestly, giving me the opportunity to make a wise decision based on his experienced perspective. The potential future investments involved were sobering. He did not attempt to persuade me in any way (for or against repair), just honestly told me what was happening, what was historically likely to happen next, and the costs for both. This I see as integrity. Wow, what refreshing experience. I so appreciate the integrity of the Kaz team. They have won a customer! I highly, highly recommend going to see them. Told me they worked with Tire Rack and that if I found new wheels I liked, to call up and let them know so they could quote the install. Later that day the called to say that they noticed my sway bar was loose and my tie rods were bad and strongly recommend fixing it. The next Day when the parts came in and they went to replace them they noticed my strut was attached to nothing except the bad tie rod. They sent me a video and everything so I could see what they were talking about. They saved me from a potential bad accident if that had gone out while driving it. They did an excellent job and did it in an expedited fashion. They are also very friendly. I recommend a visit, they aren't the cheapest option, but you'll leave feeling like your vehicle was properly fixed. My only slight negative was they charged for the initial inspection, but that is what it is.

My car was making a weird noise and my landlord recommended Heritage Service Centre. Mike made time to squeeze me in and check out my car right away! He took a look around in my car and reassured me that everything was looking okay. He even taught my roommate and I how to check our oil! I ended up calling Mike back because my mom was still worried about my car and he was so kind and patient with me. He reassured me again that everything would be okay and even offered to have me stop by again so he could top off my coolant since it was a little low. Zero stars. Never NEVER come to this scam of a shop. They "rebuilt" our transmission, didn't…read moreassemble it correctly - trans filter dropped off causing us to have it towed to them for re-repair (they didn't cover cost of tow even though it was in warranty). Vehicle still did not function correctly, returned a third time under warranty to get it fixed and was told "a little leaking is normal for an old transmission and there is nothing wrong". After a year of saving to get it fixed at a reputable shop we found that it had loose bolts, missing friction material, most rebuild parts were still original, damaged parts that should have been replaced, and a "new" torque converter that ate itself - all in less than 2000 miles of use. They refused to even work with us on compensation or even talk to us (went in person twice, sent TWO physical letters to them and got no replies or calls) - horrible place, never ever come here.
