Last night my car had a flat at 11 pm, called for roadside assistance and was told AGAIN, that I do NOT have a policy with them. I am 60 yrs old and had to walk almost 17 miles home. When I call the office to speak with Jessica Phillips, she somehow can pull up the policy yet Germania states I have NO policy with them. I believe that this office is taking my hard earned money and there is NO policy. Unfortunately it is Sunday and if course they are not in the office.. my car is somewhere in a road, and I had to call work and let them know I couldn't be there. .I have already contacted my attorney and will proceed as necessary

Then I was offered a policy by another company that was cheaper and I foolishly switched. Sure that new policy was a little cheaper, but I got NO personal service and when I had to make a claim, what a headache and nobody to help with the issues that came up. When my home turned into income property the new company did not offer a product for that need. Beal and Winn did. So I am back with them and oh so sorry I had ever left.
