When I call the office to speak with Jessica Phillips, she somehow can pull up the policy yet Germania states I have NO policy with them. I believe that this office is taking my hard earned money and there is NO policy. Unfortunately it is Sunday and if course they are not in the office.. my car is somewhere in a road, and I had to call work and let them know I couldn't be there. .I have already contacted my attorney and will proceed as necessary

Sure that new policy was a little cheaper, but I got NO personal service and when I had to make a claim, what a headache and nobody to help with the issues that came up.
