When I call the office to speak with Jessica Phillips, she somehow can pull up the policy yet Germania states I have NO policy with them. I believe that this office is taking my hard earned money and there is NO policy. Sure that new policy was a little cheaper, but I got NO personal service and when I had to make a claim, what a headache and nobody to help with the issues that came up.
