I only asked that she call me before the card was charged. the driver showed up about 45 minutes later I helped them load my plow truck I told him more to take it. I only asked him please call me before you charge my credit card. A week later I found out they charged me almost double what other towing companies had quoted me for the tow and they never called me to tell me what the charge was or that my vehicle got to the repair facility. I called the manager to complain and all he said was he would talk to the driver and the dispatcher. No offer to make it right not even an apology. We were camping at pioneer park in Muskegon when my husband and 4 small kids were stranded at duck…read morelake state park at 9pm and I was at the campsite. Between little to no cell phone service they were able to tow our vehicle to their fix it place and had it fixed for us before we had to leave. The staff that I talked to was very friendly and polite. There wasn't much communications between my husband and I do to bad phone reception so things got a little mixed up. But they worked with us with no problems. I would recommend them always!

Don't bother with this place. Poor quality work and they will not stand behind it…read more They replaced my exhaust manifold and within a month is was leaking again. When I brought the truck back to them they denied that that manifold was leaking, but also claimed that the noise I was hearing was lifter tick and my engine was failing. Turns out they left the head with stripped threads and 1 bolt just free spinning in the head. They also did not install the head shield correctly. It was missing 1 nut, was crooked , loose and rattling. Prefered Chrysler service called it an absolute hack job. Confirmed the exhaust manifold was leaking, and that my engine was sound. 1 thread was completely stripped out with zero threads left. The hole needed to be heli coiled Do not give this place your business.

When I came to pick…read moreup my vehicle and asked about the pricing as it was explained differently he became combative and said " I don't have to talk to you. I was trying to help you out." Ok. Bet. I paid the amount to get my car out only to get to the car and it won't start. My battery was completely dead and now my screen won't turn on and the check engine light is on. It sat in that lot for 3 days. And all the owner keeps saying is it's not his fault. There is no reason why something should be wrong when I dropped it off with no problems. 0 stars ..Do Not Recommend!!
