While doing the oil change, one of the guys came to the window and told my wife her antifreeze was only 25 degrees and needed to be changed before winter or it could freeze her engine block. Not sure if he realized I was sitting in the passenger seat. I called him out on his claim and told him I just flushed the radiator a month ago and changed the antifreeze. He looked at me with that 'I'm busted' look and said nothing. Then he said, 'Okay, well, it's a little low, so I will top it off.' He put maybe 12oz in the overflow. This was an attempt to scam a customer with ignorant claims that only a woman would fall for, charging an additional $90. In my opinion, this place uses deceptive tactics to lure customers in with free, inexpensive giveaways to scam them. Stay away from this place.

Even if the angle made sense, that would mean I had literal diamonds in my wiper! I filled out their damage report and was told I would be given a call, but that never happened. Thankfully insurance covered the repairs but this was a heartache on a brand new vehicle. I've had a good experience with oil changes here, but obviously will not be using the car wash again.
