I elected to wait for my vehicle while it was being looked over and when asked for my insurance card, I produced my electronic copy to the owner. He tried to inform me that electronic insurance cards are not accepted in the state of Pennsylvania, which is false. He continued to argue with me, stating police will not accept this form of insurance and his only stance was that he has "been doing this for 25 years". When he finally was going to take my information, he attempted to aggressively snatch my phone from my hands. After an exchange of words, and being belittled and yelled at by the owner, I asked the nice gentleman that works for him to back my car out of the garage and no services would be needed today. The owner continued to spout off as my car was being removed from their garage, all in front of another customer. I rescheduled with a different mechanic who will gladly accept my business and my LEGAL electronic insurance card without verbally attacking their customers.

She did not know that and they made sure it passed inspection( when it shouldn't have). Well, those same issues became her problem when it came to renew the inspection.
