First they scheduled an appointment for a Saturday which Olean office doesn't work on Saturdays,…read morethen scheduled it for Tuesday and they didn't get the windows in so they rescheduled for Wednesday 3/25. The technician came, didn't knock on my door to tell me he was here and just got to work. He was here less then 45 minutes and just quickly reamed on my door, got broken glass everywhere, adhesive everywhere and didn't test to see if everything was working correctly before taking off. He broke the latch or got glass stuck in the gate sensor somewhere so the latch won't close or if it does it doesn't register gate door is closed. Brian, a different technician came the next day and tried his best for 2.5 to fix it but in the end couldn't. He said he'd make the company "make it right" and pay for a new latch and someone would call me today 3/26 but nobody has called me today and I'm not very hopeful. I only went with Glass of America because they could come sooner then Safelite but I shouldn't have! If they call and actually "make it right" I will update my review but right now I would never use Glass of America!
