It is at the side door of a residential building just off Hertel Avenue. Chris greats you at the door, asks you to put the computer on a little table in the hall way and gives you a receipt for the drop off. He told me it could be just dust in the fan or a defective fan. A day later I got a phone call and Judy, his assistant (may I call it that way?) told me the fan was failing. A new part was ordered and the computer would be fixed within a couple of days. Sometimes, they're amused when I show up with an old Mac mini along with the replacement RAM and drive that I want installed into it, but they've never given me any grief about bringing my own parts, and they've never let me down when I've asked them to do a fix.
