I think the work is okay, nothing that someone else could not do. Now my problem is that you are a business, and in no way do you try to work with the customer. To err is human" this is something they clearly don't care about. I accidentally ordered the wrong size they didn't care...oh well...sorry is what I get back. All sales are final. I will never do business with them and encourage all who read this to not do business with them either. I don't even have a desire to wear the shirt due to the shi*ty customer service. I was willing to buy another shirt and pay the shipping cost to not upset my child, but they told me, "No." I asked if I could come and pick up the shirt and they told me, No, even though it's not a far drive they said no one can come to the store but it's in Arlington, TX it's cheaper to pick it up then pay for shipping. Definitely lost a customer in me, and I hope others read this and take heed. read more

These guys are great! I had a ton of trouble with my last "shirt guy" which left my pretty defeated and hopeless about the idea of getting good shirts made for a good price. I found DFW Ink online and their prices were good so I gave them a shot. I'm glad I did, and it got me back in the swing of things of getting shirts regularly for my business. The owner, Kenneth and his team are on top of things and he seems to be involved in both ends of the business; production and sales. That's refreshing given my last experience with the other company in which the owners were both pretty clueless and disconnected with their operation despite working on site. I've done a couple hundred shirts with DFW Ink now, and all in all I'm very happy. There have been a couple errors or mistakes in that time (can't imagine anyone being perfect in this line of work), but they were minimal and Kenneth was genuinely sincere about taking care of them. He's fair, consistent and dependable, which is all you can ask for. The only thing I don't love about DFW Ink is that they're in Arlington and I'm in Fort Worth. But it's worth driving passed dozens of other shirt printing companies to get to them. read more

Super disappointing that they decided to not honor what they told me they would do. I ordered shirts for my job and they were a great price. I needed one extra shirt printed in a larger size they did not carry. I was told by Renee that they would print it for an extra charge. When I asked to bring the shirt by she told me it was too late and they would not print the shirt. So now, because of a lack of communication, one person at my work does not have a shirt. I will not ever use them again. read more

First time working with them personally, but I've received numerous shirts from them because they produce all of our Fraternity shirts. Safe to say, the quality of these shirts are amazing! I had to order event shirts for work, and this was the first place I thought of. Their prices are affordable, their turnaround is mindblowing, and their service is first class! They were able to easily print our shirts in a week's time. We had some last minute orders come in the day before printing was supposed to happen, and they were still able to reach our deadline! The guy working there was also super nice and personal. Definitely will be ordering more shirts from them in the future, and you should too!! read more

DO NOT TRUST YOUR SHIRT ORDERS FROM DFW Designer Tee's! I have worked with DFW Designer Tees twice in the past and they were very good, prompt, and professional. However, the most recent order was completely wrong: wrong colors, bad screen print overlays, etc. I reached out to Kenneth and Renee (the owners), and received an unnecessary and very scathing response. Kenneth rebutted my concerns about the shirts with negative connotations about the art I sent even though he was able to successfully use similar art for the two previous orders. The artwork I submitted was a perfect match to the proof they provided. However, the shirts I received were so terribly done that I asked Kenneth if he farmed out the work as I could not believe he would have ever approved the screens as they appeared on the shirts. In the end, I tried to work with DFW Designer Tees for almost 2-months. I am a business owner myself, and Kenneth seemed apologetic for his rant and asked that I send him better comparisons of the shirt vs the proof. I did exactly as he requested and finally received a response over a week later after I sent several emails, texts, and even a posting to their Facebook site. My recommendation is that you find a "REAL" company with a true budget that can account for their mistakes. When you work with a Mom & Pop Operation who works out of their garage, you get what you pay for with regard to the quality of the shirts, the customer service, and the financial ability to correct an order and admit to their mistakes. Working with DFW Designer Tees has been the worst experience I have ever had with a printing company and I would NEVER recommend them again. As a result of their ineptitude, I am: 1. The guy I dealt with was awesome. Their business manager or whomever she was, could have been a little nicer or had better customer service/phone skills. I ordered shirts for the parents of our t-ball team. The online order process was easy and as smooth as can be. The turnaround time was great. I picked up the shirts and the guys was awesome. He counted the shirts in front of me as I looked over his shoulder. Mistake #1t: I should have checked the tags myself versus just looking over his shoulder. I got home to segregate the shirts by family and my last two shirts came down to 2 XL shirts and I should have had 1 XL and 1 XXL. I contacted the company and because I counted the shirts with them they are saying they can not print me one more shirt that I offered to pay full price/the cost to them because I do not want an upset parent. They are saying even though I am offering to pay full cost, they can't print me one more shirt. So my advice to anyone ordering shirts from anywhere, not just here, to make sure you check the tags on the shirt. I am taking responsibility for this mishap and I was dumb for "not checking the tags" myself. Please learn from my mistake. But any conversation that starts with "I don't want you to take this the wrong way" is not going to end good. I also find it hard to believe that when you have been in business since 2011, 6 years, that you have never had a complaint or order mess up. Every business should have some type of policy in place to make good on their mistakes. read more

Absolutely terrible. Ordered 30 shirts, print on 3 smeared, and 1 ripped. No order, quote, or invoice forms. Unprofessional. Poor Communication. When a quote is requested they will reply via a blackberry using no grammar, punctuation, or capitalization.. on all communication. I would liken the experience to doing business with a 12 year old. I went to go get jerseys done there and they didn't get the color and font right. I asked for a specific font and trusted that he knows how to google the look of it, but failed to do so and downloaded a wrong one. It turned out ugly. The vinyl material is thin and not durable. They should learn to go over every details with a client before they start printing because there is no going back. read more
