Submitted a request for quote to remove my old crappy window tint from my 95 Toyota Tacoma. Technics was the first to respond with an estimate with different options. Later in the day a 2 other stores submitted quotes as well. The following day I received a follow up message from Technics offering no charge for removal and no tax on installation, I couldn't refuse such an offer. The tint in my rear window was starting to peel off. I checked with reviews for local tint places and liked what I saw with this company. At first, they thought they would have to scrape the glue off, but with their experience and talent, they were able to remove it with no problem! I bought a used car the back window had bubbling so bad that I couldn't see out the window. One side also had wavy lines making it difficult. I never did tint before so was new to the process. I called 8 different places and got a wide varieties of prices and many were cryptic in the quality of the product used. Amanda at Technics was great on my first call and took the time to make me feel comfortable with the process. She was very nice and directly answered all my questions. The job ended up being complicated to remove the tint and they kept me informed and took the extra steps and time to do a great job. The window had an issue rolling up and they identified the issue and again, called explaining everything even offering to pay for a new window switch if needed. I purposely waited a couple of weeks after install to see if the work would hold up. Cory and his team are amazing. They are already well known for 5-star rated window tinting services but he and his team place the same amount of quality, craftmanship, and detail into thier various paint protection offerings. To be honest, I was drawn to Technics after watching their U-Tube videos and noticing the joy they seemed to have working the projects. I wanted a service who cared about their work just as much as I love my vehicle and they fit that mold. I had my 2022 BMW Z4 serviced with a color changing 3M vinyl wrap, PPF on high impact/traffic areas of the exterior, and ceramic coating on the entire body and wheels. I had a raw vision of how I wanted everything to look but Cory helped me refine it with his expertise and experience. This guy was positive and 'can-do' through the entire process, kept me up-to-date (w/pics) throughout, and my car was ready on the date quoted.
