They have not mowed the weeds in quite some time, there was trash, mud and mosquitoes.

Horrible location- smack in the middle of the city- lots of noise, light from the city. Difficult to get in- you'll have to do a U-turn with your camper. Grounds were not very well taken care of either. Things happen, I could let 1 or 2 things go, but if half your amenities are in disrepair or not working at all, it's a you problem. You at least need to let people know when they book/give them a discount. If they show up expecting typical KOA service/amenities and are surprised with all of the shortcomings, you're setting them up to be very "unhappy campers". I want my money back. Don't waste yours!

Be on your way They share my home, my food, my space. This is their home, this is their place. You will find dog hair on the floor, They will alert you're at the door. They may request a litte pat, A simple 'NO' will settle that. Sure, my LGB (Sam) may be a little scary when he doesn't like a dog or a cat but no need to sit on your porch "Karen" and monitor his behavior 24/7. Awesome RV park in central Arlington They call it treetops…read morefor a reason, most of the park is literally under the tops of tons of trees, this is great for shading the residents. The sites in the middle are facing all different directions, some smaller and bigger than others. The sites around the outside are generally the same size, shape and position. All of the sites are about a 7.5/10 rating and gravel. The grounds are kept very clean! There are tons of doggy waste stations, trash stations throughout and on site recycling. Everyone I encountered staying there was friendly and polite, and staff that I interacted with were app very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here

They said they would wait for us, so that we had propane! Who does that anymore? Well, they did, which told us what wonderful people they truly are!
