Can't say enough great things about the Texas Hospitality at the Yellow Rose RV Resort. This place is a work of art, and you can't beat the super clean feel of it all, the spacious rv spots, the pickleball courts, dog washing station, outdoor games are, the gorgeous pool, doggy parks, hot tub, etc... This is a gorgeous RV park. You can tell they put a lot of work in daily. Everyone we met on staff was super friendly, and welcoming. As we walked our dog other campers were also very friendly. And a welcoming goodie bag w dog treat when we arrived too. I hope we travel through again for longer than 4 days next time. I wish all RV parks were like this! read more

We did not stay there. It's nice enough, but it's all gravel. There's no grass only in the doggie park which there are two. They have very small sheds that you're supposed to be able to use for storage that are the size of a closet. They don't allow dog fences they don't allow you to put anything out basically. Other than the clubhouse and pool that's the only thing this place has going for it and it's extremely expensive. It's an adult park, which is fine, but they do not allow any children on the premises that includes your grandchildren coming to visit anybody under the age of 18. So if you have family, you definitely don't want to stay here. read more

It's so nice to have a true RV "resort" so easily accessible to FW and especially one for adults only. No long time residents trashing it up, beautiful amenities and versus gracious service. Do look at the map carefully with them as they put our 45 foot Class a in the most difficult spot that we got muddy just getting in and out and had a horrible few of a rusty water well and construction area. There are definitely better views, so we just marked out easier areas to request next time. Looking forward to going back! read more

Brand new resort with all the amenities; 20/30/50 A power, dump, fresh water, gorgeous bath and shower facilities, pool, laundry, pickle ball court, several fenced in dog parks around property. Big, level poured concrete pads, friendly staff. Only nit because it's brand new, there is only one spot in the whole place that has any shade. If you are going to be there in summer, suggest you ask for that spot read more

If I could give Yellow Rose RV Resort 10 stars, I would! The hospitality and friendliness of the staff is unparalleled. They take pride in their park, keeping the grounds clean and well managed. You will always find a welcoming, smiling face in the office, willing to go above & beyond to help. The pool is gorgeous, the laundry facilities are plentiful and in great working condition, the restrooms and showers are clean and roomy. There's a Pickleball court, cornhole, a fire pit, a huge community grill, and plenty of seating to just sit and enjoy the beauty of the big Texas sky. I am truly going to miss this resort so much, and will judge my future long term stays against the standard set by Yellow Rose RV Resort!! read more

First of all, we were greeted with a super sweet lady and she gave us a little goodie bag which we had never had happen in all of our travels and it even contained a little treat for my puppy. They had a very informative packet which included helpful numbers so you didn't have to take time to search for them. The lobby is decorated beautifully and everything was so clean and well maintained. The laundry room was such a great size and the machines worked really well. They were very reasonably priced. The pool area was so inviting. I do wish it would have been heated but we were here in February. We look forward to coming back when it's warmer to enjoy all of the outdoor amenities. Every staff member we were in contact with was super friendly and very helpful. They even helped our friends get hooked up. I'm not sure of her real name because we named her the yellow rose but she was an absolute doll. She was sharply dressed in her yellow and she was so welcoming. We had the best time while we were here and the resort is beautiful! We will definitely be back. Before next time I hope you heat the pool and get more merchandise. read more

Beautiful resort. However, it is lacking severely in management and very pricey. The monthly site rate is $950 plus electricity. Electricity is $.15 a kilowatt. Other parks charge between $.08 and $.11. Still very unorganized. No directional signage for RVs as they arrive. No late night check in. Two couples of workampers left unexpectedly. The general manager continually lets her dog run without a leash. There is a state wide leash law. Very unprofessional business manner. Continually tells guests she is "best friends" of the owner and she begged her to work for her. We had several issues with her dog (that is intact). We did not want him around our female puppy because he was intact. He would attack our male to get to our female. The park is advertised specifically as adult only. The owner herself told me children would not be allowed because if everyone's grandchildren or children visited at the same time the park would be full of children - several times children have stayed in the park. Storage buildings are for rent at your site monthly to keep sites clean and orderly. Some of the guests have "junk" all in front of their storage building instead of inside. Very unsightly. It appears the rules of the park change to accommodate the guests needs. We gave it a shot for 90 days. read more

we have loved every minute of our second visit to yellow rose!! had to be gone for a couple of days while we finalized our unexpected purchase of a new , larger rv and it felt like returning home when we pulled the new unit into our spot!! the grounds are nice but it is the staff which makes yellow rose so special!! they are hardworkinng, keeping the grounds in tiptop shape and wonderfully friendly...alwaya willing to help with any thing you as a camper might need!! its the staff that keeps us coming back and we will be back!! thumbs up yellow rose!! read more

Their surroundings are peaceful and country like .just few minutes away from Fort Worth stockyards. If can get back their I would stay there again .!! Recently moved to this park from Granbury, TX & though it is in the processing of growing, absolutely love the park. The pool, laundry facilities & shower rooms are A1. The pads are all concrete: big, long & level. If you want, for a little extra, you can have a lockable storage shed. New trees have been planted & there is plenty of room between spaces. The long term residents are in the lower section & the overnights have their own area. This is an all adult park, gated community. read more

I read through reviews before choosing this park, and honestly I am wondering why our experience was so terrible. I am not sure what is going on with management, but this was one of the most rude customer service experiences I have ever had. I understand that I am dealing with an RV park, but at this price, I was hoping for a little more professionalism. The park itself looks very nice and is kept clean. I will say, I have had better experiences at other parks in the area. If you are wanting a park close to Fort Worth proper, I recommend Lakeview RV. If you are open to setting up a little further out from Fort Worth, I recommend Tired Traveler RV Park. Like I said, the park is very nice and seems to be well maintained, but for this price, the rude remarks by management were not worth it for us. read more

From the always happy/helpful/genuinely nice staff, easy access for our big rig, gated, best laundry facility we've seen, dog runs at the end of each loop and the quiet we could not recommend Yellow Rose more. DO NOT USE THIS RV PARK!! I had the worst experience with one of the workers there (REBECCA). This place has NO WIFI. You have to get one of their modems to get internet and it still won't give you wifi. We could not log get wifi on any of our devices and we tried 7 different devices. The worst part is when I called their employee, REBECCA. She was incredibly rude. She literally said "Well, the modems work, so obviously YOU did something wrong. The office is closed. Call back in the morning!" Every time I tried to say something she interrupted me and yelled at me. When I asked if I could just finish what I was trying to say, she interrupted me again. I asked her who the manager was, she refused to tell me. Then she rudely told me to call back in the morning because she is just answering the phone. I asked why she is answering the phone if she is just going to be rude. She asked me why I was calling just to argue about nothing. I told her we wanted a refund and again asked the name of the manager. She said "I don't know! Why don't you call back in the morning and find out who the manager is!" I have had an RV for several years and been to many RV places. I have never been to a place that did not have access to wifi or had anyone be so rude. read more

We are on a 5+ week adventure across the country & have seen a ton of RV Parks. This one is brand new and well thought. Has Pickle ball, bbq, fire pit, pool and beautiful bathroom facilities. You have to put a $50 deposit for modem but you get it back when you return it. Accepts AAA. It is on the pricier side but it's a 5 star facility...get what you pay for. Owner is very receptive to making changes to make the park better. read more

Long term: pros- new; cons- no shade, concrete and rocks, dog friendly= unshaded small yards with no water in dog spots for them to revive after the hot walk across concrete and rocks, urine and feces all over( yellow spots- dogs feet got very irritated/ blisters, hot concrete to walk them to dog spots, pool with no shade- basically a giant hot tub, was told neighboring rv park would shoot anyone looking for packages at their place after I was told to look for mine there. Seems to be high employee turnover (normal for rv parks, I guess), the stinging bull nettle is everywhere. Electricity is outrageous due to being only concrete and rocks and having zero shade. (330/ month) It never stops running - ever. The livestock flies are huge and bite, along with the smell when the wind is right. (Cattle next door). Well water is harsh even with softener. Zero visitors are allowed in the "Amenities" area - very rude about it, too. Terrible communication and should have emails approved before sending - IF they send "all" email to everyone, it's cc not bcc so everyones emails are shared and composed unprofessionally. I also wouldn't say the sites are level just bc concrete pads. They settled, auto leveler was constantly adjusting, clear breaks on too thin pads. read more

If I could give a zero I would. I've never been treated more unprofessionally than at this establishment. Neither at the time we called and made the reservation or when we arrived did they ever mention that they didn't allow children. They even admitted their own website said nothing abt it...but rather than be accommodating or friendly, they promptly kicked my family with 4 kids out with no where to go on a Sunday. We were from California and would have happily chosen another resort had we known, but instead they accused us of wrongdoing. Instead of allowing us even a single day because it was Sunday to find somewhere else to go and resorts were closed, they demanded we leave immediately. They also claimed to be run and managed by Christian people...interesting for people who love Christ to kick a family out on a Sunday.
