I mentioned that we had a problem with rain completely missing the gutter on one area of our house (builder installed original gutters). They said they could add a diverter to guide the drainage better. We were out of town when they completed the work, but they still called to tell me they were on their way and I received updates until the work was finished (we have a large home). It wasn't until I was on my way home that I realized I forgot to remind them about the diverter.
