They quoted for cleaning 'all' windows, sills, screens and tracks. Guy comes and cleans glass only and nothing else, also leaves two windows on second story uncleaned. Complained and they cam back to clean sills. Second story windows still not cleaned. I will admit though that the glass that was cleaned is indeed clean. However I just cannot recommend these guys as they don't do what they said they would do. read more

Contacted vendors for power washing driveway and walkway. Upon checking reviews and quality of service, I selected North Dallas Window Cleaning Inc. I received an immediate response to my inquiry with follow-up on pictures of areas I need cleaned. A quote was supplied then agreed upon with opening date of service. Tech ANDY arrived onsite on that date ready and patiently hear me explain my concerns on impact to my good grass, etc. and provide details on service to resolve algae, etc. ANDY explained each process and walked me through areas as they were cleaned. All my concerns about power washing and how it would impact my yard, grass, etc. evaporated when job was completed due to ANDY's expertise on performing the service. Michael came out and did a fabulous job washing our windows inside and out, as well as power washing our patio and front walkway. I was a little concerned about the price in the beginning, but Ivan (the scheduler) seemed very professional, which made it easier to trust them, and when I saw how long Michael spent diligently cleaning everything, the price ended up seeming very reasonable. Three years ago North Dallas Windows cleaned all of our home windows and screens for the second time. However, they damaged our bedroom screen and attempted to repair it. This was poorly done and the screen no longer fitted. We were promised replacement. None occurred. They returned 2 years ago and did a great job cleaning once again. The broken screen was removed and we were told it would be replaced within 2weeks. Guess what, not only has the screen not been replaced, but the office doesn't return our multiple phone calls and emails and we still have NO screen. I would prefer not writing this review but it is warranted! My evaluation goes from 5 to 0!!! If you have screen damage do not pay until it is resolved...... read more
