The staff have generally either lived in the area or do so at present and are particularly knowledgeable about Shoreditch's Victorian built Boundary Estate where many local residents rent one and two bed properties. I believe the place I live in does not meet the descent homes standard. the place is a health and safety hazard. You get the same answer ever time you ring, I am now reporting to BBC Watch dog rough landlord also reported to environmental health. Absolutely unacceptable.
