They can be challenging but nothing outrageous. The schedule is a bit limited though. Pretty much only a few morning classes a day. And the studio is very small. If you are intimidated by hot classes I think this would be a good place to start because while it is hot they have a fan which provides some breeze. Definitely go check it out!
