Devin currently has absolutely no insurance and has not told ANY of his current or former clients about this, which makes it impossible recover anything that he has ruined in your case. He is required to tell you. Devin missed the statute of limitaitons for at LEAST 6 cases, many six figures or more, and had another case of mine dismissed because he failed to respond to court filings. Further, he did not tell me the case was dismissed, appealed it, and when it was denied still provided me no info and did not ever plan to do so. He literally dodged communication and would not answer specific questions in writing for 2 months. Unfortunately, this is normal as trhe firm's communicaiton is awful. I would CHALLENGE most of the reviews here as being "planted." Neither Devin or Gio ever know what is going on with your case, and they do not share info with each other well. Gio sent me the wrong case information, dates, access codes etc multiple times. Gio failed to contact a defendant and follow up to writtten instructions. Fok scheduled at my EXTREME inconveience a deposition 3 times, and then cancelled it without telling me at all. The last I tried to contact him to confirm for 2 weeks knowing it might happen again, and as stated above did not answer me. Devin made two depositions despite me telling him not to, that were detrimental to my case and then tried to charge me for them. He told me the defense had called them, and they had not. Devin entered into depositions, meetings, conferences etc and had not even looked at my file. The morning of a conference, despite having info for two years and a shared drive I created for him, he called and emailed relentlessy trying to cram hours before a hearing - and he had the info already. Devin is just not trustworthy. Currently botht he California Bar and Illinois Bar are investigating him for misconduct and misrepresentation. Hopefully this TRUE account is published. read more

I contacted Devin over 2 years ago because it was some false information put in my credit report which was denying me of getting a place to live.
