Agreed to take my case and then it was like pulling teeth trying to get any update from these people. After signing their retainer agreement and providing them extensive documentation, they went silent for a month and I had to reach out multiple times before they said they would start working on it. It took them 6 weeks to draft a simple settlement demand letter from a pre-populated form and it was still littered with errors. They ignored my suggested updates for accuracy for another another 4 weeks. 9 months later no updates despite multiple attempts to get a hold of anyone. They don't respond to emails and hide behind a receptionist who "leaves a message" that is never returned. The rare times I did get a hold of someone they falsely claimed "we tried to call you" despite no call record. Extremely unprofessional "law firm" that doesn't provide an actual service. read more
