First off I want to say that I've used DHL plenty of times in the past in different parts of the world that's extremely better than this DHL in Casandrino. I've had at least a couple of items shipped to me using DHL and same for my spouse. This time, I went with the wife to go pick up a package that were extremely important coming from the US Consulate in Naples. The document was picked up on 13 Jan and it was with DHL in Casandrino on 14 Jan. Now here's the problem... we did not even get a phone call or email from DHL in Casandrino. The contact information was ALL on the label!!!! Good thing DHL's Head Quarters is in Germany and not in Italy because once I file a formal complaint, at least I think that DHL Germany will do something about it. As customers, we're paying premium prices for your services; DHL.
So the leadership in DHL Express Service SRL in Casandrino, Italy. Needs to revamp their customer services:
1. Actually contact the receiving person
2. Deliver the product to the final destination - There has been to many complaint by others that I know that DHL doesn't even bother to deliver. Saying that DHL came by and no one was home. If they're not home, then DO contact the customer via email and phone
3. Have better efficiency at the customer window so customers are not waiting 15-25 minutes just to pick up documents read more
