i have an urgent parcel, for delivery by DHL. should have been delivered on friday.
i get a text his morning telling me that they couldn't deliver it (to the completely wrong address, not mine) in the wrong county.
my address is clear on all my documentation & emails.
the locker address is also clear on my follow up emails.
i can't get anyone in customer service on the phone.
i reset the delivery option to collect from an Inpost locker locally, in case i wasn't home.
i can't get anyone at the local depot to pick up the phone either, to see if they can help.
i couldn't be more stressed out & less impressed , if i tried read more
