Follow-up visit, to discuss bloodwork results, additional $100. 2. Willingness to work with patient. After requesting a letter of medical necessity, required for my health savings account the response was, "Yeahhh, we don't do that. If you want a copy of your medical records that's $25." 3. Quality of Care. During review of my bloodwork I had to explain importance of being in the "optimal range" versus the "normal range". All they did were look at my labs (you can't diagnose Peri from labs) and try to sell me B12 shots and testosterone injections for around $300 a month. I'm a teacher. I just wanted to have a better quality of life and get rid of my joint and muscle pain and extreme fatigue and brain fog, not be sold a product and then have to take off work twice a week to drive there to get the injections they wanted me to get. Instead, I went to an online service and got an HRT patch and have started feeling better than I have in the past couple of years.

She has excellent bedside manners and is very knowledgeable and attentive. I never feel rushed during my appointments. I have also seen her Nurse Practitioner, Mitalee Jiva and she's excellent as well. Highly recommend them both. And let's not forget about their nurse Charlotte. She gives the best injections ever. I am very scared of needles and when I was due for a vaccine, Charlotte was very understanding and so gentle. I honestly did not feel a thing. Everyone here from the front desk staff at check-in to the medical staff during the office visit is wonderful. I also like using the Everyday Well app. It's great for communicating with your provider and keeping up with your health records and lab results. Their new location is beautiful. It's very spacious with ample parking. So, if you're in need of a new health care provider, I highly recommend Dr. Nota Hunter & Mitalee Jiva NP.

Suggested exercising 150 minutes per week when I told her I ran 8 miles a day! So should I add 150 minutes of exercise to what I do presently or reduce to 150 minutes?
