My precheck was done very professionally by the best employees that made me feel comfortable.The doctors in the surgery room were super great! Now,,,, Laura, Debbie, Lindsey and Mary Were more than i could say . The four that tended to me was the best care i have EVER experienced in any hospital!!!! My husband said he wished he had this kind of care when he had his surgery! He was totally impressed . I was blessed to have such good people during my stay. The quality of care was excellent. Was a little annoyed that 3-4 knocks on the door while changing in preparation for imaging, 2 out of 4 opened the door on me this time versus the 1st time. They have nice landscapes to relax you in the ceiling while getting ultrasound.

The receptionist was friendly and entered me as a new patient quickly. They had quality face masks readily available at the window. After about 10mins the nurse came and got me. She was very pleasant and ran all of my vitals / updated my chart quickly. The xray tech came in after just a couple of minutes and took my images. The provider was in about 5 minutes later. During the whole visit I probably only sat waiting on someone a total of 15-20mins from start to finish... which is unheard of for an urgent care in my opinion. The provider was down to earth and addressed all my concerns without rushing me. They were very thorough in all of their exams to rule out major concerns and I left with a clear plan, meds ordered, and ease of mind. I will certainly revisit this location should an emergent need come up again.

No one rushed me along despite it being close to their quitting time. I was very sick, and the provider was thorough in examining me and giving a diagnosis. Medication was sent to the pharmacy, and I left feeling hopeful that things would improve soon. The provider even told me what to do should things not get better since she has seen severe illness circulating in the community. I was impressed by this urgent care facility and would visit again if necessary.

I asked the doctor what he meant by unclear and he stated that the technician did not take a complete picture, they left out part of what should have been included. I called Solis and they said they could book a new appointment but a couple of weeks out. I explained my surgery was suppose to be, before the new appointment date. They responded that I should have booked my first appointment earlier. I was like really, how was I suppose to know that they would screw up taking the image I needed to proceed with surgery. They were rude and unprofessional and will never ever go there again!!!

I've had experiences at several locations for various diagnostic tests and not once had a good experience. Getting an appointment is first issue. Customer service reps making appointments on phone and checking in are unfriendly and unhelpful. At Women's Imaging, I was left in extremely cold and tiny area wearing gown only, waiting for mammogram for over 45 minutes. I got dressed and left. Pretty sure they forgot I was there. I wasn't given clothing instructions for dexascan, and tech was clearly angry. At Wendover location I was made to wait over an hour on the little shelf of a bench in a closet with an IV in my arm. It was pure misery! No apology for miserable wait. They rudely and quickly put me on MRI contraption with no concern for my discomfort. I asked for earphones and music. They seemed angry, gave me headphones but didn't turn up volume. Then rushed me up and out. My stiff shoulders and back not wanting to move quickly, but they wanted me gone asap. After, I had to make innumerable phone calls and spent hours on the phone trying to correct the billing. I had a contracted out of pocket price that I paid at time of service. I reminded receptionist NOT file insurance, but they did. Try to talk to someone in billing after that! No one will answer or return call. They billed and received payment from my insurance. That's FRAUD!! Greensboro residents deserve a better imaging facility. When my doctors refer me here, I say, "No thanks!" I don't need to be treated poorly from time of appointment, waiting for procedure, enduring rude techs, and irresponsible billing!
