We have…read morean 80 year old house that needed ceilings re-done, hardwoods refinished, as well as painting. Ronny and his team have been REMARKABLE. The work has been done very well and as we agreed upon. If there were issues (and I knew there were bound to be because of the age of the house), I was kept informed and offered solutions in a win/win manner. The hardwood floors are so beautiful I literally teared up when I saw them. This is my grandparent's house and it has irreplaceable sentimental value. The Mountain Brothers Team have literally exceeded every expectation so far. Given the ease of doing business and quality of their work, I suspect Mountain Brothers Construction will be spending more time working in our home!!! Now, we're one of the best looking houses on the street! He kept us up to date on time frame's and any delays, what phase they were at, they were always on time and worked like you wouldn't believe to get the job done. Owner had to postpone promised work date, but luckily I was available for him to work here the following day. The work consisted of hanging drywall, mudding and sanding drywall. They also hung underlayment to a 300 sq ft ceiling. They did some exterior window trim and some siding which looks good too.

I really appreciate that he didn't want to talk budget until time to talk quotes and pricing. This allowed him to build proper quotes without blowing the budget on purpose. He fixed my unit and plugged the thermostat back in that a previous company had unplugged intentionally trying to make a sale. He informed me that we now had emergency heat and it would be expensive to run but we needed it, knowing my house was 53 degrees.
