Dave immediately got in touch with the manufacturer and ordered the replacement part. He kept me updated every step of the way and he immediately came to my house to install the new part as soon as it had been received. We've got warm air again!

The warranty company requested better documentation and photos to support Eastbend diagnose. Eastbend came back out and suddenly, their entire story changed- they then claimed the unit was "fine" and did not need any repairs. So which is it? Beyond repairs or perfectly fine? this level of inconstancy is very unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the accuracy and honesty of their assessments. Based on my experience, we would strongly advise other to avoid using Eastbend. We have zero confidence in their evaluation and would not use them again under any circumstances.

I called on 10/8/25, requesting an electrical diagnostic on my washer/dryer outlet to verify the voltage for the LG manufacturer. I was quoted the price of $89 for the diagnostic--a price confirmed twice. The technician, "Chris," arrived on 10/12/25 (after a reschedule). Without touching or testing anything, he immediately demanded an additional $200 fee, claiming the initial $89 only covered his trip and not the actual diagnostic--a clear bait-and-switch. I requested he at least document the outlet's wattage on the receipt so I could relay the information to LG, but he failed to do so. I called customer support and was transferred to "Kayla" in dispatch, who confirmed the potential for a $200 detailed diagnostic fee but could not logically explain how it was determined without the technician inspecting the unit. When I questioned this, she became unhelpful, displayed an attitude, and simply stated she could call the technician and cancel the job. He was already on site. I paid $89 for absolutely no electrical service or useful information. This company is dishonest about its upfront pricing. Do not use Eanes.

Elliot, after some extensive diagnosis, determined the problem was a blockage in the discharge hose, which had been used on the previous unit. Easy fix, much to my relief. He was here for some time as he worked meticulously, but he was professional, courteous, and an incredibly respectful young man! He included us in the process, communicating everything he was doing and why, explained the entire process knowledgably and helpfully. The weather wasn't great so the lawn was wet, but Erik literally wiped his feet every single time and even wore booties to protect our floors. He cleaned up everything prior to leaving and was even kind to our (very nosy and distracting) pets! I had to come on here and brag about him and the services, because he did just a stellar job!!!
