Diamond Alarm has called my business a dozen times over the past 6 to 8 months. Each time, I tell them DO NOT CALL because we already have a security system. On the last few occasions, I actually got short tempered with whoever called and on the last TWO occasions, I called the company back asking them to add me to their do not call list and the VERY RUDE woman on the phone hung up on me. If they disrespect other people enough to waste their time and hang up the phone on them, it doesn't matter what king of quality, value or any other service requested, I'd never do business with them. Diamond Alarm has been the absolute best security and camera system company I've ever worked with. The technologies they offer is the newest state of the art equipment. The camera system is crystal clear even at night and the notification feature is fantastic when someone comes onto my property and it even alerts to animals like bears.
