They say they're adding new services which will be exciting. I've been coming here since last year and I've really enjoyed my experience. They're on route 1 in north Brunswick near the CVS, next door to the UPS, in Commerce Plaza corner of 1 and Commerce Blvd. It doesn't look like anything from the outside (it's a strip mall in Jersey, not their fault) but the inside is always nice, clean and the staff truly cares. There are two ladies named Tara, one that's front desk and one that's finance. Both are amazing. So kind and so warm. Dental assistant Christina is great. I'll keep coming here and will update my review if anything changes.

The team went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, walking me through every step with care and clarity. They were able to get started right away, and when my temporary crown came off later, they made it so easy to come back in and have it replaced without any hassle. They are giving appointments for 3 months and they literally cancel you the day before the appointment because the doctor won't be there. Nobody does anything and just say things like "sorry the doctor won't be able to come to office tomorrow PERIOD". Yes this lady said "Period" like now I have to wait 3 MONTHS to get this done. I rather pay another dentist than dealing with these people. Plus the customer service treats you like your begging and not paying. They treat you so bad even if you're paying. Today they tried to cancel my appointment for the second time. They market themselves as being fast but the reality is they get you in the door and the second you book you have to pay in full. Then they string you along for months canceling appointments knowing you're stuck with them because you paid in full. They say you'll be done in 3 months but I'm on month 4 and still am not even close to being done with this. This manager Dana is unprofessional and out of touch. I made my appoint a month ago after they canceled my last appointment and they decided to cancel me the day of about 3 hours before my appointment for the second time. Dana was horrible. She just kept telling me over and over that I can just come tomorrow it's nots a big deal. But if she wasn't so out of touch she'd realize I work for myself and canceled my entire day to be here and wanted me to miss out on an entire days work again because they're greedy. Insane! The dentists in this office deserve to be treated better they're people too not just money makers for this company. Imagine being a dentist and trying to keep up with a schedule?
