They were phenomenal and I couldn't recommend them more; the service was wonderful, the doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and didn't miss a single thing, and they took incredible care of my teeth for the two years I had braces for. In terms of finance, they were also super dope. My medical care didn't cover past the age of 19, so I took the payments head on across a few years plan. There were times I couldn't afford the cost and they in no way pressured me, made me feel bad, or criticized me which made completing the payment process sooooo much easier. The payment plan was super affordable and that really helped bc I'm also in college + have a car payment as well, being able to do this was major. I came here bc my girlfriend got her braces here and tbh I lucked out going for it, after 2 years of the braces they turned out amazing and I couldn't be happier. Thanks yall!

It's a soothing environment, one I have never felt in any medical office before. The staff explained everything and took digital images (none of that goo from when I was a kid). We went back a week later, the staff explained the approximate time breakdown for the Invisalign, cost, and most importantly the payment plan. They worked with our insurance (UFT) and set up a payment plan for the remainder. My son was so comfortable there that he would go in the back to be seen at each visit by himself. Dr. Donato and his staff are hands down the best in the biz (the biz being healthcare as a whole).
