I don't have a very good opinion of this company! When I called after 9 pm at the airport there was no answer. I called again today to ask them about taking me to a test drive thru site. I was told they would only drop me off but would not have me in the car to do the drive thru. I ended up walking to the drive thru site and found no cars there. I got my test done without the need to be in a vehicle. How is this company still in business?? read more

I would give zero stars, if possible. I called for a cab at a hotel in town and the woman took my phone number, room number, and told me she'd call when the cab was on its way (supposedly a matter of minutes). Nearly an hour later I called in to check and she claimed she called (no record on my phone...and I was waiting patiently the entire time) and that the cab had been waiting/looking for me, that they called my room (she didn't even have the correct room number even though I'd just told her). The service (which is the entire purpose of a taxi operation) is a joke. Don't know how they're in business if they're so awful at a pretty straight forward job. read more

Well, it's a bit weird that they calculate the price of the trip depending on area of town because I'm so used to seeing meters. A trip to a place that was literally one street down from our place (less than 4 minutes away) costed more than a trip that was a bit further (10 minutes away) the service we've had so far is decent though. I don't usually do these but my experience tonight was so awful that I had to post it. Other than the cab showing up on time, the rest of it was a disaster. He screamed at me for having a bag too big, then threw my suitcase into the trunk. He said, "not everybody can do that! You can give someone a hernia!" Quite frankly, my suitcase isn't nearly as big as others and I would have lifted it if he had said he couldn't. Any time after that I was afraid to respond to any of his questions because he would snap at me. Lastly, my bill was $13 and I was going to give him a three dollar tip, just because I'm so nice. He had no single dollar bills which meant that in order to rid myself of this individual I had to give him my $20. I've just had a long day of flight delays, I did not expect to end my evening in tears. read more

A very nice man drove me. But, holy crap, do they gouge the roof off with their prices. It cost $20 to go 3 minutes away, and 3 minutes back. This is over twice as much as in New York. What a rip. Total joke/price gouge. I will never call them again once Uber gets to town. Avoid these aholes if you can read more

This company is the most terrible company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My company at one point in time refered our customers to this company. We recently called this company for a ride for one of our regulars but were appalled by the actions of the employee that came to give said person a ride. After lodging a camplaint with the company the "manager" returned a call that stated they 100% did not care how their employee treated my customer. They stated and i quote "we dont give a F*** what you or your friends do all we do is deal with you stupid F****** Bull****, If you dont want a ride dont F****** call us again. The unprofessional actions of this company truely show the total and utter lack of respect for the people who keep there company running. read more

Terrible, terrible humans work for this company. If you like being insulted and told they don't have time for you when you're standing right in front of them in their office, then definitely call them. What a bad company-- it's too bad they have the Great Falls market cornered for cab service or else they'd be completely out of business. read more
