Boy I had no idea what I was missing all of these years. A different, long term friend convinced me to get their yarn to go with a demo "jacket" they had on display. I just love the color and feel of the worsted yarn. Can't wait to start it..it is in my queue to knit. The person at the booth was super helpful. Loved all the samples they had out. I thought I was getting more than I needed, which would then allow me to make a hat too, but looking at the pattern closer, it says to allow for 10.5" ease, so I probably will need to get a couple of more skeins. Hope they have ones still with the same dye lot. Will probably update this post once I start knitting with it to share my thoughts on their yarn. They are a bit pricey, but am hoping I feel it is worth it!

A simple phone call or email could have caught this before it went to print. I expected more from a company with this many positive reviews. Everything was picked up and delivered on time,but a couple of our Items were unable to be assembled because the screws and bolts were not packaged and shipped along with the rest of the items. The folks who dropped off we're supposed to follow up with us about this, but we ended up getting called by the company and having to fill out a claim form, still being processed now. The physical movers that showed up at our house were very friendly and helpful. They packed very efficiently and made almost everything fit. Again, most of the process ran smooth with just a couple of bumps in the road so I'd recommend using them just be careful with assembled items and make sure they are documented and accounted for.
