I then used the self service bay to rewash my car for $3.50. After it dried, there was a film of dirt on the car like it hadn't been washed. To add insult to injury, my credit card was charged for $10 instead of the advertised price on the machine. Unless you enjoy frustration, I would definitely avoid this place. I wanted to give it zero stars but one was a low as it goes.

There is a team of guys & dolls working the line there both inside & outside. They treated my car as if it was their own car. Pampered my car so much I thought that one of them was going to give my car a kiss ( on the cheek of course-let's keep it clean here lol. ) Clean being the operative word. The interior was not properly cleaned--there was still dust in the cup holders, on the seats, and across the dash. The door panels weren't wiped down, the seats were left untouched, and it didn't appear that the seats were even moved to vacuum thoroughly. On the exterior, I specifically asked for the bugs on the front to be cleaned, and that was barely addressed. What made the experience worse was a female in the entrance running her mouth the response when I raised concerns. claiming that I "thought I was getting a detail," which isn't the case. I simply expected a decent, thorough wash for what I paid. The man in the entrance was helpful and redid the interior. Overall, the service felt rushed and lacked attention to detail.
