I used this service for the first time today. Noah came to my work, they bring their own electricity and supplies. My detail was $180.00 but they did everything including shampooing carpets. The car was waxed, the rims , the tires , every surface was touched. Noah worked several hours even through a thunder storm. I called mid day Monday to request a car wash, due to the rain I had to wait until Tuesday which of course was completely understandable. Unreliable!!! If I could give them zero stars, I would. I bought my husband a gift card and he set up a detailing. They have canceled 3 times: one for scheduling conflict; second time for weather; third time a no show. I have asked for my money back for gift card. If their sales department is unreliable as their service department, I don't expect any money to be refunded. read more

I was distressed recently when my green Kia Soul ran through a patch of latex white paint spilled at the on ramp from Metro to Daniels Parkway. By the time I could get to a car wash the paint had hardened and could not be removed by normal methods. Someone in the body shop at the dealer where I bought the car told me to find a good detailer and present them with the challenge. I actually found a great detailer, Matt at Swag Wash, who brought every thing needed, including water and electricity, in a van that he pulled into my driveway, and proceeded to remove the paint. At my request, he went on to fully detail the car, inside and out. The price Matt charged me was half of what I expected to pay. I recommend Swag Wash to anyone who is in need of any car (or truck, RV, or boat) to be detailed to perfection. My car looks better than it did when when I bought it. read more

This was my first experience with SwagWash Mobile Detailing and I couldn't have been more pleased. Scheduling was easy. I had to make a last minute change to the time of my appointment the day before and they were flexible and accommodating. Gerald was the primary technician and he was lovely. He was friendly and approachable. My car had sand everywhere (beach lover!) and they did an amazing job getting rid of all the sand in the nooks and crannies in the car. Absolutely the best wash and detail we have ever gotten. They did 4 cars for us and they look brand new. My daughters car, which we have had detailed elsewhere in the past, had a lot of dog hair from her little chihuahua who goes with her everywhere and they literally spent hours on the interior to get all of the dog hair out. They had to come back the next day to finish because of it and there was no extra charge or complaints from them. We had two of the cars special coated and they look and feel like glass. When he saw my car, the actual price was not far off from the estimate. He really worked on giving my car the best cleaning and wax job. He made my car better looking than before he started. I asked for complete interior cleaning to include shampooing upholstery and spot areas on headliner. This was not done. Two guys spent 4 hours washing my truck and "detailing", but was a rip-off. I was quoted $230 and when done, they charged me $310. This is a rip-off. Do not do business with them. Get all work costs in writing, upfront. Best to go to Downtowner Car Wash where they do it better and cheaper. read more

Working a full-time job and being a full-time mother leaves me no time to wash my car. There's spilled milk on the seats, bottles and wrappers in the back seat and spilled coffee from myself. It was actually pretty embarrassing to have to call someone to come clean my car. The detailers from Swagwash did not make me feel embarrassed at all.
