Then, we were provided with another lead person who also quit shortly there after. As a customer, you understand that sometimes these things happen but it was disappointing to start a relationship and then it ends. You then, start another relationship and it ends as well. Usually attrition a sign of poor management. Additionally, My computer crashed and I lost my files. I tried searching email servers as most of not all files were emailed to me. Hoping I could retrieve them to continue our own projects, I quickly learned that the Dropbox that they were sent in was no longer available. So.... I did what any customer would do. I contacted MLB advertising to have them resent. No response from the designer (Lisa Timber) and no response from the managing partner (John). One week goes by and then another and then another. When asked to provide me with copies of those files.... i receive an email (from a person I never heard of) " it will cost you $250 to retrieve them. " WHAT!!!! I spent over $5000 with MLB, only to be told that it would cost me more money for them to email me the files that I already paid for and they cashed my money for. BAD BUSINESS! Would not recommend this company. Bad business to charge your customers to retrieve files that are easily attained.
