However our insurance company had begun increasing our premium slightly due to its age, so 6 weeks ago we decided to go ahead and get a new roof. Even though there had been some interaction with Legend a year ago, we got 2 other bids just to compare products and services. In the end we still felt most comfortable with Legend. Daniel (or Nathaniel?... but I just remember him as "Honest Abe") was very knowledgeable and did great work for a great price. He explained everything that was done and gave me good advice for the future without trying to get more out of the job than was currently needed. Now that's a rarity in my experience so it is much appreciated. It has been a couple months with plenty of rain and snow... several of the storms were crazy and the leak is no more, so I know the problem was properly fixed. I will definitely call Legend Roofing & Construction again for further repairs or construction!
