Today is that day, the appointment was for 30 minutes ago and there has not been any call or contact from this company. When you call the company main number you NEVER get an actual person answering the phone. We have delayed starting this project by a solid two months waiting to get a few estimates and this company was to be the last that we were considering. I can tell you that based on the fact that you can never reach and actual PERSON when you call them, their non-responsiveness to messages left and NOT SHOWING UP FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT I would NEVER consider doing business with Deck Masters.
