After a house is shown by a realtor we get no follow up even though we are requesting and requesting a response. Very unprofessional. We needed to fire him before contract was up. He was not working for us and we believe it has cost us great financial loss. He stood to make a hefty amount to sell this house but hoped to do it with little effort. Also beware that they send the worst and most inexperienced realtors out if they know you are a first time buyer looking for a home. On top of that the majority of their 4 star reviews on google have been obtained against googles policy of not soliciting 4 star reviews. These reviews were solicited by using mailers offering chances to win things if the recipient gave a 4 star review meaning they were falsely obtained. Buy from them at your own risk.
