When I drove in to the station to get gas, I found that about half of the pumps were out of service. Secondly, when I tried to pay for a car wash with my gas, I got a prompt on the screen telling me to go inside to pay for the car wash, so I did. When I went back out to the pump after paying for it, I found that it didn't give me the discount associated with the car wash purchase. I went back inside to tell the attendant, and was told that I couldn't get the discount unless I paid at the pump, to which I replied that I couldn't because I was prompted to go inside to pay for it. My purchase for the car wash was refunded, and the attendants tried conducting the full transaction at the counter. When I tried to pay for a car wash again, the computer inside wouldn't give a car wash code. The attendants called Mister Car Wash, the company they do business with, but their customer service line was closed, so I had to do without a car wash code. I ended up paying for my gas inside and going back outside to the pump. I found a prompt on the screen saying the pump was out of service, so I had to go back inside AGAIN to tell them. Now, the good part. First and foremost, despite all of this, I was given the discount associated with my car wash purchase, even though I didn't get one. One of the attendants by the name of Gina was extremely helpful and friendly. She came out to the gas pump and assisted me with the pump, and even pumped the gas for me. Gina was extremely apologetic about the ordeal, but I understand it was no fault of their own since Mister Car Wash was not available to remedy the situation.

Be careful too, because the front table and back table are NOT both on sale. They have sale and non-sale items mixed together. Somehow the customer is supposed to know that! Also, if your app isn't working, they cannot give you the deals. Certain things you can put your phone # in, and it will work, but the gas HAS to go through the app on your phone. A few times I have had excellent customer service. I appreciate that. ;)
