I'd say the last 5 times I've came here MOST of the taquitos have been some kind of orange nasty chicken inside. Today I ordered "all of the jalapeño taquitos" and they put all 6 in that row in a box and I paid over $6 for them. Only to bring them home and have TWO jalapeño ones! My first bite was into a nasty orange chicken one and it got spit out. Then I tore all of the others in half revealing only TWO were jalapeño! And FOUR were that chicken one! It just sucks losing money on something that will unfortunately be thrown away, nobody in my house wants to eat these! THEY STINK!

No customer, especially a young one, should be embarrassed or denied service over something so simple. If ARCO is going to promote deals, they need to honor them and train their employees to treat customers with respect. Until this is addressed, I will be rethinking where I give my business, and I encourage others to be cautious about shopping here.
