They're technicians do the work,but don't test it to see if any of it was working afterwards. This required them to come out 5 different times to complete the work, nickel and diming me every single time. After speaking with the supervisor, he told me he would credit me over $400. That hasn't happened, and he has had two weeks to do it. I am now receiving overdue notices from them again. They can't handle billing, they do crappy work, and they don't even know how to test the work that they do. Would not recommend.
