I used this service to and from the Palm Beach Airport. Taking us to our resort was great! The…read moreprice was very reasonable, and we didn't have to have a reservation when we arrived at the airport. Two days before our departure flights, I set up a shuttle over the phone to pick us up. I believe the man told me someone would call the day before to verify/remind us and then the driver would call 5-10 minutes before he got to our resort. Neither of these occurred. The morning we are supposed to leave rolls around and after waiting for 15 minutes, I still hadn't received a call. I call the number I used to reserve the shuttle, and she told me they were getting us at 4:15, rather than 4am when I was originally told when I made the reservation. Then time keeps ticking until 4:30. No one had shown up or called. I call the shuttle service again, and she informs me that the driver won't be able to get us. She told me a cab would be there soon and we'd still pay the same amount. I was very frustrated. We made the reservation two days earlier, and it didn't help at all. Luckily the cab was nearby, and the driver was very nice. We got to the airport with enough time, but it was not a smooth process like I had hoped. I hope others who use this don't have the same problems. It was our cheapest option though.

The morning of the night I was to fly in, I called Scott Green, who happens to own the business, and not only was he able to provide a luxurious Lincoln Town Car, he also picked me up himself and he offered a fantastic flat rate. Even with tip, I paid less than base fare for a taxi. The customer service was impeccable.
