I attended a wedding and reception at Diamond M Ranch recently. It was held in the barn, and we did not see the lodging so I can't comment on that, and I don't know what Diamond M did besides provide the space, because tables, chairs, flowers, food, and port-a-potties were brought from other places. That being said, it seemed odd that food can be served in a place where there was no running water and within 10 yards of a pig pen and Port-a-potties. Cow patties surrounded the pig pen. The barn had a large curtain around the room which hid real barn stuff like tools and oil cans. read more

This place was like a 5 star hotel of campgrounds. Super clean facilities, plenty of fun things to do on the property and super friendly staff. We will be visiting again and will definitely be recommending to all our friends. read more

Stayed in the beautiful Greentree suite during our 2015 dipnetting trip. We absolutely love Diamond M. Ranch! You can rent rooms, cabins, or RVs; you can even rent a RV-site, or pitch your tent! The grounds are super clean and very well-maintained. They offer guided/unguided activities, to include fishing, hiking, or just sitting around their campfire roasting marshmallows or having a cold beer. It's family-friendly but perfect for couples too. They even have a Saturday night potluck social. They aren't pushy at Diamond. They extend a warm welcome to all of their activities, but they are also respectful of your privacy. They have a super clean bathhouse, fish cleaning stations, and a laundry room on the grounds. They also have a little store in their main office in case you need munchies or forgot your fishing waders. We can't say enough great things about this wonderful place. After our amazing week with them, we put a deposit down for the following year without hesitation! If you are ever in Kenai, come to Diamond; it truly is a real gem! ;-) read more

My family stayed at Diamond M Ranch Resort with a group of friends for Labor Day weekend. Hands down my new favorite campground. This place is very well maintained. The property is beautiful AND they have a farm!! That's right, a whole farm with baby goats and baby pigs, cows, horses and Llamas! The owners were wonderful. They took us on a farm tour and a hayride. It was such a fun experience that I can't wait to come back! Full hookups worked great. Clean facilities and the wifi actually works all around the campground. I'm not sure if the adults or the kids had more fun. This place deserves your business. read more

Great RV park with very friendly owners. Shower and bath facilities were well-equipped and the sites were big and well taken care of. We had a miscommunication regarding our reservation but the owners went out of their way to rectify it. We would definitely stay here again, really nice location and the animals all around were a special bonus. We appreciated that they take you directly to your site, so there's no confusion. read more

We had a reservation but due to Covid-19 we are unable to even cross the Canadian border on our May 11 trip of 65 campgrounds. Upon calling to cancel our reservation, Laura refused to refund our monies. What a sorry attitude of the American way and the Alaskan experience. read more

We love staying here but it is so hard to make a reservation because they don't want to guarantee you a spot. You reserve a spot online then when you get there they want to shuffle you around!! It's ridiculous! If you can get the spot you registered for then this is a beautiful spot to stay. There where a couple of times it was loud after quite hours but the farm is beautiful and the owner is nice. Just please fix your reservation process and you snooty workers! read more

The campsites were large, They had a great wildlife viewing desk that gave a spectacular view of a wildlife area, They gave us a free tour of their animal farm (llamas, alpacas, pig races, horses, cows, chickens, Islandic goat), everyone was super friendly and it was educational. read more

This was the best experience we have ever had staying a summer on the Kenai. The owners and family are topnotch. The facilities were grand. The summer help were helpful and friendly. Their Saturday night potlucks, where they provided the salmon & halibut, were spectacular. RV space rates most reasonable. I could go on and on praising this place. We stayed with Diamond M in a motorhome. They had full hookups, with 50 amps, which is not easy to find in many parts of Alaska. Their bath house was the nicest we were in during any of our stays. There were three showers and each shower was a separate room with toilet and sink for full privacy. They helped us set up a fishing trip with an excellent guide and when the fish processor we were using was closed after a late-day fishing trip, they called around and found a place that was open. We had some changes to our schedule and they were BEYOND accommodating. We had a fly out fishing trip rescheduled so we needed to be flexible in our check out time. They were incredibly accommodating and flexible with us. If you are concerned about the price the service, hook ups, and facilities more than make up for it. We were happy to stay there and will be changing our reservation when we go back through the area to stay with them again. read more

Let first start with how this place is absolutely beautiful! The campgrounds are very well maintained. Staff is beyond friendly and are right there to help with anything! I have two young kids and playground was great. They have two fish stations and a path to the river but to narrow for a stroller only negative I can think of. Don't hesitate to book a spot here! read more

We searched for a number of lodging options for our stay on the Kenai Peninsula since it is often difficult to find nice places for a family. The Diamond M Ranch was the perfect place, beginning with the phone call for booking through the entire stay and ending with hugs when we left. The Wendler Tower was suggested and the right choice for our family of four. It has a kitchen, bath, bedroom with a gas bbq and freezer out on the deck overlooking the Kenai River flats. The freezer came in handy as we caught a lot of fish, as did the bbq to cook the fish. The staff also was very helpful in setting up two fishing charters...one for halibut the other for king salmon. Ronna also took a group of us up to the Russian River falls for a great hike where we saw sockeye salmon jumping up river to spawn. One night the owners hosted a campfire with Alaskan smores and another time we were introduced to the livestock, including newborn colt and llama. Really, we couldn't have asked for anything better and appreciate everything that the Diamond M Ranch had to offer. read more
