Left my sidewalls very unclean i also asked for stars that i'm aware are not easy as i do nails myself and wanted to relax for a bit but they looked like blobs and i ended up paying $80 not to mention they didn't last a WEEK. They charged me 160.00 for a gel pedicure and dip nails. Zero massages in legs feet or hands. Outrageous prices. Will never go back.

The most unenjoyable pedicure I've ever received. She made both my big toes bleed on both sides and was super rough the whole time, poking and scraping in the quick. I'm probably going to get an ingrown nail from how she cut them. We picked our polish and then they asked if we wanted gel. We said no. They applied gel anyway and then charged $10 each extra. Pedicures are usually relaxing. I didn't have time to relax today. I bet it didn't take 5 minutes from the time I put my feet in the water until she was applying polish. Then she hovered over me while I was signing my credit card receipt to see if I tipped. I did not. And I won't be back! If you wanna get your nails done in 15 minutes, this is the place to go. read more

Waited for an hour and finally said never mind. They fill all the chairs up and then work on half the people and switch back and forth. That causes people to be in here for multiple hours. Not a good way to run a business not that they care but if you want a good fast manicure or pedicure don't waste your time here. Also probably 45 flies in here. read more

First time to this salon was yesterday and I will never go back. Once I was in the chair it took 45 minutes for someone to start on me. I was never asked which pedicure package I wanted. He worked on me a while then passed me off to someone else while he went and started on someone else. She polished my toes then went around all of my toes at least twice and cleaned up what the guy missed. Adding insult to injury he charged me $45. I felt disgusted and cheated. I had someone reccomend Status Naila to me, but they weren't going to open for another 45 minutes, so I decided to give this place a try. I went in for a pedicure. I really liked how nice the people were and the place was clean. The guy who did them did a good job. I was thinking I'd make this my go to place from now on. I asked for a tiny white flower on my big toes which I typically do. The charge on the menu card he handed me said $60, which is pretty typical for a pedicure . However, when I went to pay they charged me $82. They added $2.00 because I used a card which I was okay with, but I was not okay with charging $20 for the little white flowers. I've never been charged that much! I could see $5-10! They may think they are making more money this way, but are they really, if they are not getting my repeat business??? read more

This was the worst pedicure I have ever had! I just had one a couple of weeks ago so my feet were not bad. The guy who did mine acted like he didn't want to be there. He cut off the corners of each toe nail and would pull the nail out. It hurts! Doesn't talk but taps my leg to go back in the water. When he was putting my flip flops on-he scuffed my nail and didn't bother to fix it! He looked at it but didn't do anything so I assumed it wasn't messed up!! He also gave me a manicure and again tried to clip off each corner!! I told him no!! I need lotion on my heels already and I left 2 hours ago! Very disappointed! read more

I stopped going to this nail salon because they were drilling my nails down and it would just hurt. I was going to queens, but they were busy the last few times I needed my nails done. So I went to diamond to get a simple dipped nails and reshape to coffin. I sit down and tell the lady that's what I want, she takes her nail clippers and completely chops my nails down to a nub. My nails were pretty long and in very good shape, these were my real nails. I asked her to stop, at this point I was just shocked. So I just asked her to make them the same length despite my complete disgust I paid $40 for something I DID NOT WANT AT ALL. I will never go back to this place. read more

When I went into the salon I asked how much polish and clipping my toe nails would be. The woman said $15 and asked me to pick a polish. She asked if I wanted regular polish or gel. She explained that gel would last longer. I hadn't tried it before so picked out a color. A different woman did the service and did a very good job. When I went to pay she said it was $25. I responded that she had told me $15. Her response was that she forgot to tell me gel was $10 more. I felt this was not the way to do business, but rather than getting upset, I paid the $25 plus left $3 tip for the woman that did the service. I left 20% of the $15 that I had been told. I realize it wasn't her fault, but $28 was a lot of money for clipping nails and polish. I will never go back. I recommend that if you ask her how much a service is, get her answer in writing. read more
