The lady was polite and sweet while I was there. I asked for the Gold Spa pedicure to eliminate calluses. She didn't use a stone like I expected, she used a machine that really hurt me. I let it go and thanked her when she was done. I paid $65, which is crazy but whatever, and included a tip. It wasn't until I got home that I realized that she never filed my nails down and that she painted my French tips not to the top of the nail but under it. If she had trimmed and shaped the nail in the first place it the French line would have been there. But, she didn't trim the nail so the line is painted somewhere in the middle. Up close it's extremely sloppy. It's been two days and the gel is already peeling off. What I don't understand is how do you not shape the nails in a pedicure??? The cheaper pedicure includes the word shaping. The Gold Star pedicure doesn't say shaping so I'm really confused. Did she purposely not shape my nails? I'm finally looking at my nails up close and realizing it's the worst paint job I've ever seen and the bottom of my feet are exactly the same as when I walked in. I went here to get my eyelashes done and I dont know who my lady was but she was very rude and hard with my lashes.. after 3 days literally half fell off and when I messaged her about it she told me to come back and she would do it for free and when I got there with my baby she complained that a 2 month old was fussy and said to "keep him quiet" and talked trash about my hair and told me how my eyelashes looked great when I had a huge gap in them, my eyes hurt and not to mention she glued my eyes together!!!!! I started going here in September 2018 getting gel put onto my nails. Yea they looked great. The problem came in February 2019 when I had to have them completely taken off due to a surgery planned 2 weeks later. My nail beds are completely ruined, they are bleeding and hurt really badly. This nail salon is very nice. When you walk in it's very clean, open, bright and welcoming. The staff is very attentive. I went in for a pedicure and a full set. I paid $140 dollars which was very spendy for me due to the fact that I am used to spending 35 for pedicure and 40 for a full set in SEATTLE! I got the deluxe pedicure which includes everything from foot spa, nail trimming, massage, hot stones, paraffin wax dip, gel polish and more. I had Natalie do both my nails and toes. She is seriously so sweet, precise, and does perfection. I really am happy with the outcome of everything. Just the price is the only thing that bothers me but it's cause I'm not used to the prices here in Williston. I have heard prices are very similar everywhere you go so I will be coming back to this salon from now on. read more

I'm sorry but this is the most horrible nail salon I've been to. All I asked for was a simple acrylic nail with gold paint. First, she puts two layers of acrylic on my nails so right off the bat they're bulky and I asked the lady if she could shave them down a little bit and she straight up told me "no, no time" and then she proceeded to put the acrylic on my actual cuticle ( didn't even cut the cuticles). Don't let me get started on the paint job... let's just say my 5 year old cousin can do a way better job... blindfolded. I am warning you! If you want your nails to be horrible and rushed and pay 60$ for them! This is the place for you. Never will I ever go back to Diamond Nails. Honestly deserves no stars read more

I went in to have the gel polish removed, to give my nails a break, as wearing the gel for too long weakens my nails to almost paper thin. The lady doing my nails was very pissy and kept trying to talk me into keeping the gel. I told her no my nails need a break from it and she then told me that my nails won't survive without it. ‍ She was so rude about it, and for what? I pay for the service, I give my nails a break and then I go and do it all over again. What's the problem? When I go to do it again, I won't go there. read more

First of all, they do not accept credit cards like their Yelp page claims -- they are cash only. I didn't know this and came in with only a credit card. Secondly, my $35 pedicure came with 10 minutes of service. 10 minutes! For $35! A bit ridiculous if you ask me, especially since i didn't even get the salt scrub that was listed as included in my service. Lastly, the paint job was awful. I had to fix it myself because of how messy it was. While the atmosphere was nice, I was not a fan of my first experience at Diamond and will absolutely not be returning. read more

I been coming to Diamond Nails for 4 years now and have known the owner, Keally, for 6 years before she opened the shop. She always done a great job on my nails and great service. I don't understand why she has bad reviews. As her business grow bigger, I noticed she hired many new people, which I'm not sure if they do a good job or needed more training. I think it's depending on the person that do your nails. Otherwise, I think Keally is amazing. Just tell her exactly what you wanted with your nails. She'll do her best to serve you or if she is too busy, she will direct you to the right nail tech who can meet your needs. read more

Updated review... After contacting the owner about the service I received my first time at this Nail spa, or lack there of, I am happy to update my review. I accepted the owners offer to come back in to get my nails redone at a discounted price. Vivian was my tech this time and I have to say this experience was 100% different. I was there for 2 hours, service was as one would expect for the price range, and I left feeling completely relaxed. Not rushed, anxious, or dissatisfied like my first experience. The only reason I don't give it a 5 star is because I shouldn't have had to go back in to get this level of service and secondly because they do up charge for little things that is not the norm. read more

What happened to customer service?? Joe started on my nails and was right away "I can't do that" after proceeding to do it incorrectly. I asked him to please fix it and he proceeded with "noo it's fine and it's even" after going back and forth a couple times I said "I am paying you to do my nails and this isn't what I want" he shoved his items to the side and said fine Keally can help you. Extremely unprofessional and rude. While my nails finally look good (after having yet a third person fix the extremely rough edges) I wasn't offered an apology or anything for the unprofessional behavior and poor service. They were expensive and certainly did not provide the service and time expected for the prices that were charged. I paid $45 for a pedicure and $25 for a plain manicure. There was very, very little massage, actually I'd say none. The job they did was mediocre. I won't be returning. read more

Be warned- They WILL damage your nails. I went for 6 months because of the convenient location. Every time I asked them to be gentle with the drill when removing my gel. Reputable salons soak off the gel- not Diamond. When I asked them to be careful they just nod their head then drill until my nail even got hot and I would pull it awst. I gave up and four an OPI product called Gel Break and I am letting my nails heal. read more
