They spent about an hour on our service making sure to get everything right. There was no rushing and they checked to make sure we were happy/comfortable every step of the way. And the pricing is straightforward. They told us exactly what we would pay before the service started and wrote our ticket so there was no hidden pricing. She promised it was toner and not hair dye. I even asked why does it say permanent and she replied it's toner. I do not permanently dye my hair at all. Now I have a huge problem because they had an uneducated staff member saying untrue things. I went in to ask for a refund as this HUGE error will cost me a lot of money and that's the least they could do. The employee at the register told me they can't refund it because it's my fault I didn't do a test strand and I didn't have 80% of the product left. I told her I did in fact do a test strand, but I was lied to and told this was TONER. This is completely on them and they won't fix it.
