Brown's confirmed the belt snapped due to a manufacturing defect. Despite this clear evidence, Ariens refused to stand behind their product. Because of this lack of accountability, my next snowblower will definitely not be an Ariens.

When Thayn returned my car I found the following problems with his so called detailing work: windows and windshield where not cleaned inside and out; outside of the car was not washed/waxed, mags and tires where not detailed, inside my car the dash was smudged, not all dust removed.
