I've found most massage therapists don't use the stones much during treatments but Stephanie had a perfect balance during my massage. The hot stones felt great as I went on a day where it was in the single digits outside. I'm not very familiar with Concord but her location was easy to find. She was waiting to greet me right when I arrived. Stephanie has a very warm and inviting personality. She's very knowledgeable and gave me some tips for my problem areas. I love the way the massage room was decorated, very Zen! The crystals and rocks she had placed around the room was a nice touch. Although both massages were great, I did not tip either therapist because I did not receive the full-time that I paid for. I noticed that several people on Google reviews have also experienced similar issues, and I believe it's a problem that needs to be addressed.
