Then today I tried again, it wouldn't let me charge as a guest and to matters worse the charging cable got stuck in my car and couldn't be removed. I called customer service and they spent 45 minutes on the phone with me. When they couldn't get it disconnected they asked me to talk with the staff inside the store, they also talked to the staff inside the store on my phone. The store clerk said he'd have manager come and try to help. I went in again after 10 minutes because the manager didn't come out, and again she didn't come out. Finally customer service and I go my car disconnected. 45 minutes in hot weather with not even a courtesy conversation from the manage. I will not charge there again I went elsewhere immediately and had no trouble charging at an alternative charging station. The charger needs to be checked by a technician and the manager was useless.

This location is consistently screwed up. This time they have been pulling a trick that we see at other Maveriks: closing the rest rooms at night to make the worker's life easier (and rip off customers by wasting their time). And, they tolerate drunk vagrants loitering on their property right in front of the door, who apparently are allowed to pester customers for money while blaring their own music. Looks like the ownership needs to be visiting this location around 2-4am on random nights / early mornings, instead of being asleep at the wheel. As a result, didn't buy gas, coffee, nor food (wanted all three). No reason to come back here.

Whenever I have gone in to buy a lottery ticket, the employees are so welcoming and greet me with a smile. I bought a Colorado lottery ticket here along with Powerball and Mega Millions. At first, the employee thought he misheard me and asked which scratch off. I told him I wanted the Colorado Lottery since it was at $20M and I'm not that greedy . Well, I did win $90 on that Colorado Lottery ticket and when I came back to redeem it, the employee was surprised as well and seemed genuinely happy for me.

This station is on the…read morebusy intersection of Buckley & Iliff and can be challenging to slow down and turn into with other cars closely following. On a Sunday morning, not too bad. Gas prices are usually cheaper here and competitive with the neighboring King Soopers station. What wasn't so great was how dirty the outside station was. The pumps and keypads were pretty grimy, so I was glad I carried hand sanitizer in my car. The ground was littered with trash from discarded candy wrappers, popsicle sticks, and other leftover items, even though the trash bins were empty. I did not go into the convenience store, so I don't have a comparison for the cleanliness of the interior.

This is the closest gas station to my house so I go here fairly often. It's usually busy but no…read morewait. The parking lot is a little tight but manageable. Today was the first time I tried using the car wash which was not a pleasant experience. There was someone in there when I pulled up so I entered my code while waiting. The entire car wash stopped working after the cat in front of me went. I called the attendant and he tried fixing it but was unsuccessful. After awhile I asked for a refund, he insisted that he could fix it but I didn't have any more time, I was expecting to spend about 5-10 minutes there not 20. Hopefully I'll be able to update this with a better review down the road.
